arguments against legalization, would be a surrender to the problems of drug legalization
Legalizing drugs is equivalent to a surrender, a surrender of society to one of their main problems. We can not stand doing nothing to young heroin addicts who have become hooked on drugs.
What can or will be understood as an anti-prohibitionist stance complacency with the problems caused by drugs is an example of how the monolithic dogmatism officer has created a situation where it is assumed that the ban is the only possible solution to the problem of drugs. It is not. It's just a failed attempt to solve problems based on worse. Legalization thus be understood as a more just and effective system to address a problem.
